Chicago Opera Theater opened its 2004 season in our fabulous new home, the Harris Theater for Music and Dance in Millennium Park. This modern, state-of-the-art theater is conveniently located at 205 E. Randolph, just east of Michigan Avenue, on the north end of Millennium Park and adjacent to the new Frank Gehry Orchestra Pavilion.
The design of the auditorium guarantees that you will continue to enjoy the intimate opera-viewing experience you have come to appreciate from COT. The theater features many amenities which greatly enhance the total experience of attending a COT performance, including extremely comfortable seats, handicapped accessibility, ample restroom facilities and pre-curtain and intermission concessions. The enclosed Millennium Park garage offers direct access to the lower lobby of the theater; CTA bus and train stations are just steps away.
