Andreas Mitisek to Lead Chicago Opera Theater

Chicago Opera Theater announced its soon-to-be general director designate at an official press conference this afternoon. Austrian conductor Andreas Mitisek, currently artistic and general director of Long Beach Opera, will take the helm from current general director Brian Dickie when Dickie's contract ends on August 31, 2012.
