Ljiljana Milojevic joins COT from the Paramount Theatre in Aurora, IL, where she spent the past four and a half years in the Development Department, serving in various capacities. Most recently, she assumed the role of Interim Chief Development Officer. Prior to her time at Paramount Theatre, Ljiljana worked in the Institutional Giving Department at Elmhurst University, where she held several roles and concluded her tenure as the Director of Alumni Engagement and Annual Fund.

With over nine years of fundraising experience, Ljiljana has led annual giving programs,
managed fundraising phonathons, grant programs, fundraising events, data integrity initiatives, individual giving programs, multiple Giving Day campaigns, and a wide range of other development-focused initiatives.

Ljiljana holds a Master of Arts in European History from Eastern Illinois University, a Master of Arts in Public History with a concentration in Museum Studies, and a Nonprofit Management Certificate from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in History from Elmhurst University.

Ljiljana is deeply passionate about the arts and all creative pursuits, which continue to inspire and inform her fundraising work.
